Portland, OR -- The Second Chance program of the Oregon Humane Society takes dogs from the smaller shelters throughout Oregon and southwest Washington and transfers them to their own center, where the chances for adoption are greatly increased. The organization is a no-kill shelter and sanctuary, caring for all types of

in northern Nevada, and will be moving there, although they will maintain a
